Alpha Class - Fall 2012

Julia Dockum

Well hello there! My name is Julia Dockum. I am currently a Senior majoring in Civil Engineering with a Structural and Architectural concentrations. My dream is to design bridges. I was born and raised in Southern Vermont, so I really enjoy the close knit atmosphere at Clarkson. I currently work on campus in the University library and the Civil Engineering office. This year, I have been offered great opportunities to connect with other Greek organizations on campus as the Sweetheart of the Iota Zeta Chapter of Sigma Chi and President of the Clarkson University Panhellenic Association. I am also a Regional Collegiate Representative for the Society of Women Engineers and lead coordinator for a Habitat for Humanity trip for Spring 2015.  I have stayed involved in my 4-H Club from home as well. Horseback Riding is my ultimate passion and I try to ride as much as possible. 

I was initiated in Fall 2012 as a member of the Alpha Class. KDChi has enhanced my Clarkson experience and I am so happy to be a part of such a fun and supportive group of ladies who make a difference in the community!

Jessica Draper

Hi! My name is Jessica Draper and I am a senior Environmental Engineering major with a minor in Gender and Sexuality Studies at Clarkson University. I am the Vice President of Recruitment for the Clarkson University Panhellenic Council, and the Undergraduate Greek Member at Large for the Clarkson University Greek Recognition Review Panel. I am also the Greek Program Assistant here at Clarkson. I am from Enosburg Falls, VT where I am very involved with town politics and conservation. I LOVE music, science, and all things pink and sparkly. I hunt and do motorsports (when I so rarely can). I love each and every one of my sisters, and could never regret my choice to be a part of the Fall 2012 Alpha Class. My Big is Mary G. Adams, and my two littles are Lindsey Walsh (Beta) and Meghan Hendricks (Delta). Becky Stephenson

Hello! My name is Becky Stephenson and I am part of the Alpha Class! I am a senior, Chemical Engineering Major with Minors in Business and Materials Science. Im from a small town called Springville, located south of Buffalo New York. Since being in Kappa Delta Chi's Beta Beta Chapter I have served as Social, Publicity, Fundraising, and Alumnae Relations Committee Chairs as well as Recording Secretary for the last two years and Vice President. I have been employed at Harper International working in the Technology and Sales Departments for the past two summers and will return there after my degree is complete. I recently completed my first full marathon in Portland, Maine and cant wait to do another one! I also enjoy hiking, fishing, hunting and pretty much anything outdoors! I'm also super excited for winter to start so we can get back on the mountain and hit the slopes!

Hi! My name is Steph, and I'm from NYC. I am currently a Senior majoring in Innovation & Entrepreneurship. I was initiated Spring 2013 as part of the Beta Class. My favorite quote is "Adventure is out there!". I love playing music, as well as traveling the world. 

Alex Page

My name is Alexandria Page, but I go by Alex. I was born in Guilderland, New York and have lived there my whole life. I am a junior environmental engineering major, with minors in biology and environmental science. I have a 21 year old sister and two cats. My absolute favorite sport is soccer and I love to watch and play it. I have a Mickey Mouse tattoo and my favorite movie is Mulan.

Lindsey Walsh

I am from Lynn MA, which is just north of Boston MA. I am a SENIOR and a member of the Beta Class. I am a Political Science Major with 2 Minors, one in Business Administration and the other in Law Studies. Other than KDChi, I am House Advisor for the Clarkson School and a member of the first ever D III Varsity Softball team here at Clarkson. My future plans include getting my MBA and enjoying my next challenge, whatever that presents itself to be. I joined KDChi in my sophomore year and I couldn't be happier, in fact I wish I had the chance to join earlier. I have gained love, sisterhood and support from this group of girls, more than I ever expected.

Kelsey Barker

Hi! I'm Kelsey Barker. I'm from just outside of Albany, NY. I am a Biological Science major and Cognitive Neuroscience minor at Clarkson University. I love loud music, sunshine, Tina Fey, and of course my sisters! My plan is to go to physician assistant school. I plan to specialize in pediatrics, because I love working with babies and kids. I believe that a long sleep and a good laugh are the two best cures for anything!

Lauren Fishel

Hello! My name is Lauren Fishel, I'm from Gouverneur , NY and a junior at Clarkson University majoring in Interdisciplinary Social Sciences and Political Science with a minor in Communications and a concentration in Gender and Sexuality Studies. I'm currently a member of SPECTRUM, Value U., VP of Photo Club and Planned Parenthood. I am a member of the Gamma class. I enjoy photography, documentaries, cooking, crafting, reading, working on events that bring awareness to social issues, culture and diversity, and spending time with my sisters! I'm honored to be a part of such a supportive, encouraging, brilliant, and dedicated group of young women!

Rachel Fromme

My name is Rachel Fromme and I am currently a sophomore majoring in Biomolecular Science and minoring in Biomedical Engineering. I am a member of the Gamma Class and a proud sister of Kappa Delta Chi! I am also the Vice President of  Internal Affairs for Food-Es. I love gaming, baking, cooking, and crafting. I am so happy to call all of these girls my sisters!


Amy Hudgins

My name is Amy Hudgins and I am a second semester Junior studying Psychology and Cognitive Neuroscience.  I was a part of the Gamma new member class at Clarkson and I currently serve as President and Council Delegate.  I am originally from Albuquerque, New Mexico where I spent all of my childhood until I moved to Great Barrington, Massachusetts, and now Postdam.  I come from a large family with two sisters and three brothers.  Expanding my family to include all of my wonderful sisters was one of the best decisions I have ever made, since I don't go home very often my sisters are truly my home away from home.  When I am not at school you can likely find me either teaching swim lessons, working with foster children, playing with my dogs, or spending time with my family.

My name is Lilianna Orndorff, I am currently a sophomore double majoring in Environmental Science and Policy and Literature.  I joined KDChi in Fall 2013, making me a member of the Gamma Class.  I am very happy with my decision to become a member of KDChi, I have meet a great group of girls and gained so much confidence because of it.

Emily DeBruin

Hi! I am a member of the Delta Class, spring 2014. At Clarkson University I am in the 2017 class studying Engineering and Management, with hopes of becoming a Project Manager in the future. Along with being an active member of Kappa Delta Chi I also enjoy being a member of the Society of Women Engineers, hanging out with friends and family, singing, and cuddling with my dog.

Meghan Hendricks

My name is Meghan Hendricks, I am a member of the Delta Class for Kappa Delta Chi Beta Beta chapter. I am a Mechanical Engineering Major, I am involved with the Society of Women Engineers, Clarkson Goldies Dance Team, and Intermural volleyball, along with being the Fall 2014 NMEA. I am originally from a small town outside Saratoga Springs NY, and I will be a part of Clarkson University graduating class of 2017.

Morgan Herbert

Hi everyone! I'm Morgan Herbert and I'm from a small town in upstate New York not too far from Potsdam! I have a love for all things sports and deep down I think I was meant to be a princess.  I am a sophomore business major looking to go into the marketing field once I leave Clarkson.  I love all my sisters and would not change my decision of becoming a sister in the Spring 2014 as a part of the Delta Class.  I am currently on the Fundraising Committee and am having a blast doing it.  My sisters have become my best friends and I cannot wait to see what our next few years at Clarkson has in store for us! 

Stephanie Milczarek

Hi friends! My name is Stephanie Milczarek and I am a senior Biomolecular Science/Biology double major. I joined Kappa Delta Chi as a member of the Delta Class in Spring 2014. Currently, I serve as the Historian/Chaplain and the Alumnae Relations committee chair. Academics and community service hold high priority in my life, but I enjoy a variety of activities from baking treats for my friends to running/hiking/exploring to playing saxophone. At home, I work at Liberty Canine Care Center (I love dogs!). In my free time, I love to spend time with family, friends, and my dog Sam-E :)

I was attracted to KDChi because of their strong commitment to the values of unity, honest, integrity, and leadership as well as their emphasis on community service and philanthropy. By joining, I became a part of this network of wonderful sisters both at Clarkson and across the country.

My name is Alex Travis, and I'm in the Delta class of Kappa Delta Chi! I'm a sophomore at Clarkson University, and I am a double major of history and biology, with a pre-optometry concentration. I'm from Albany NY, and I enjoy catching up with my family while I am home. At school my sisters mean the world to me, and we always have a great time. My favorite service event is Roses for Relief, because it has such a great impact right in our town. I was co-expansion chair this semester and though it was a lot of work, I had tons of fun. Joining Kappa Delta Chi was the best decision I've made at Clarkson. I always have sisters to help and support me with everything I do.

Susie Verra

Hello my is Susie Verra, I am 19 years old and currently a sophomore at Clarkson University and plan on graduating in the spring of 2017. I am a Biology/Pre-Veterinary major and I enjoy getting to know my professors while testing my academic abilities. My hometown is in Queensbury, New York where I live with my mother and spend most weekends with my father. A few things I do in my spare time include horseback riding, downhill skiing, and drawing. I loved high school and graduated as a member of the National Honors Society. Through volunteer work and spending countless nights with friends, I have made memories that will last a lifetime. Little did I know, the memories would become better once I arrived at Clarkson. Since joining Kappa Delta Chi in Spring of 2014, I have become an avid contributor to the community and have made several friends that have changed my life forever. I also hold the positions of Special Projects Chair and Expansion Chair.

Lindsay Cannistra

My initiated class is Epsilon in Fall of 2014. My major is chemical engineering. i am from Clinton New york. My hobbies include dancing, singing, coloring (yes i like to color in coloring books), reading books, babysitting and spending time with my family (actual family and my new sisters).

Madeline Masi

I was initiated into the Beta Beta chapter as a part of the Epsilon class in Fall 2014. I am a double major in Chemistry and Communications & Media. I am from Greenville, New York. I play my trumpet regularly. I am in Clarkson University's Pep Band, where I serve as the historian. Additionally, a few friends and I are in a ska band which is a blast!

Allison Pandich

Hello! My name is Allison Pandich and I am a sophomore Communications and Media major with a minor in History. I am a new member in the Epsilon class. I have grown so much in the short amount of time that I have been with my sisters. I hope to do everything possible to get the most out of this experience by participating in service and by helping others!

Meghan Cassavaw

Meghan Cassavaw, from Madrid, NY. I am the Zeta class from Spring 2015. I major in Environmental Science and Policy with minors in Biology and Political Science. My hobbies are spending time outside hiking, riding horses, and exploring the Adirondacks.

Emily Double

I'm Emily Double, a junior majoring in Political Science with two minors: Environmental Policy and Economics. In KDChi I am a member of the Zeta Class, Spring '15. Originally from the 603 (NH), I love to be outside in nature. I value time with my friends and family before anything else, except maybe music. I am proudly a member of the Clarkson University Pep Band, where I play alto sax.

Josie Lydick

Hello! My name is Josie Lydick. I am a psychology major with a minor in business. I currently hold positions on the Clarkson Dance Team and Clarkson Dance Ensemble. I joined Kappa Delta Chi the 2015 spring semester. I am really excited about being a part of this sorority. I currently live in Derry, New Hampshire. I love community service and working with kids, which is why I plan to work with foster children when I am older.
